Q: What is the condition of the item?

Q: Where do you ship from?

Q: Where do you ship to?                                                                 

A: We offer shipping nationally and internationally. For Canada and the USA we off both standard and express fees. International shipping rates vary depending on location.

Q: Do you offer International shipping?

A: Yes. We ship to a few destinations. To confirm whether we deliver to your country, add the desired products to your cart, proceed to the cart page and check if your country is available for selection. Additional charges may be imposed by your local customs authority.

Q: How long does it take for ThOlu Hair & Beauty to ship my order?

Q: Can I pick up my order?

A: We are currently offering free local Pick Up. Please review our Pick Up policy here.

Q: Can I request expedited/rush processing on my order?

A: We do not offer overnight, expedited or rush processing. All orders are processed within 48 hours after transaction has been paid for. (Monday-Friday, Excludes Public Holidays)

Q: How often do you ship?

A: We ship every day of the week excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Orders are processed within 48 hours after transaction has been paid for.

Q: How can I track my purchase?

A: Domestic/USA - Delivery tracking confirmation number will be emailed International – Delivery tracking/Customs declaration control number will be emailed. Please allow at least 24-48 hours for updates to be reflected. Based on order quantity, your items may arrive in multiple shipments.

Q: How long will delivery of my order take(s)?

A: We process and ship orders within 48 hours after it has been paid (except weekends and Public Holidays). Canada Postal Service estimates 5 - 7 business days to most destinations within Canada. International orders are typically delivered within 1-3 weeks, depending upon the destination and customs processing.

Q: Can I ship my order to an address other than the one provided with the order?

A: We will only ship to the address indicated on the order.

Q: Where is ThOlu Hair + Beauty located?                                                      

A: We are an online store but make few exceptions to serve local clientele (please contact us for local pick up or delivery).

Q: How is my information used?                                                       

A: All information collected is used to understand the customers’ needs and to gain feedback from our customers. When buying, browsing and for email marketing. You name, phone number and e-mail is collected as well as order history. We want to ensure that customers' information is protected as we follow the requirement set by PCI-DSS although information not shared through a third party company is not guaranteed ( See terms and agreement for further information)

Q: What if I do not want my information used?                                  

A: We want to ensure that customers can still order their products even if they do not want their information used. You can click ‘yes’ or opted in to receiving marketing communication from us, you can consent to inform us that you are withdrawing your consent to collect or disclose your information

Q: How old do you need to be to order from ThOlu Hair + Beauty?

A: You have to be the legal adult age according to the countries provincial and federal jurisdiction.

Payments

Q: How to I pay for my order?                                                           

A: You can proceed to select the checkout option when you are ready to place your order. You may use debit, debit visa, credit cards, and PayPal to pay for your order.

Q: Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

A: If you have already registered with PayPal and have an account with them, then you may use it to make purchases through this store. However, you do not need to have a PayPal account to buy from this store; you have the option to pay using credit or debit card when you go through the checkout process.

Q: Can I pay with a gift certificate?

A: Yes, you are able to purchase gift cards that can be used via our online store.

Q: Do you accept money order?

A: No we do not. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express and PayPal. Additionally, payments can be processed by linking your bank account with PayPal.

Q: How secure is your site/store?

A: Our store includes a 128 bit SSL certificate that is used by the store shopping cart. The hosting and software is level 1 PCI compliant through Shopify.
